Starting off strong, we have the lovely Paul - also known to many as "Smiggy". Paul is our bar manager here in Dungloe and has worked for McCafferty`s for 4 years. He’s always rushed off his feet, a great man for a chat at the bar, and will even jump on the dishes to give a helping hand😉

"The people that you work with, because they’re half my age so they keep me young! "

"Definitely Ruben Doherty, as he makes the time fly!"

"A glass of Jack Duggan Shiraz because of our own Michelle Boyle’s recommendations"
